Robert J. Schiedler Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert J. Schiedler (Charlestown, Rhode Island), born in Geneva, Illinois, who passed away on February 1, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Elizabeth Schiedler (Betty); his parents, John A. Schiedler and Huldah Schiedler (Hoffman) of Batavia, Illinois.; and his sisters, Donna Read of Indianapolis, IN and Shirley Mae Mortensen of Troy.
He is survived by: his son Paul K. Schiedler; his wife Cynthia; his stepchildren, Alan Ahlberg (Peggy), Eric Ahlberg of Exeter and Amy Johanna Ahlberg of Pawtucket; and his brothers-in-law, Martin Mortensen, Allen Nelson, Alan Read and Ralph. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and their children.
