Jack Mooradian Obituary
Jack Mooradian, 81, of Charlestown, Rhode Island and Spring Hill, Florida, passed away on March 10, 2022, at Rhode Island Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Barbara A. (Milazzo) Mooradian. Born in Providence, Rhode Island, Jack was the son of late Nishan and Mary (Swajian) Mooradian.
As a licensed master plumber and pipefitter, Jack was the founder and operator of Warwick Plumbing and Heating from 1974 until his retirement. He sponsored and coached little league teams in the Continental Little League in Warwick. Jack was also a former member of the Rhode Island Master Plumbers Association.
Jack was his grandchildren's biggest fan and supporter; a dedicated attendee at all their games. In his younger days, Jack was a professional drummer, playing at many local establishments. He enjoyed cooking and was always eager to share his recipes.
Jack loved being a "Snow Bird", spending the winters in Spring Hill, Florida. He was an avid traveler both nationally and internationally. Jack had a deep appreciation for cars.
In his youth, he would bring his car in for an oil change, and would return home with a new car. Jack was a loyal friend with an easygoing personality, who was loved by all. In addition to his wife of 58 years, Jack was the cherished father of Jack Mooradian and his wife Susan of Johnston, Rhode Island, Tania Butler and her husband Kevin of Johnston, Rhode Island, Jason Mooradian and his wife Yenis of Brandon, Florida, adoring grandfather (AKA, Artsi, Papa, Papā) of Jack D. Mooradian, Victoria Butler, Romano Mooradian, brother of Magar Mooradian, and uncle to many nieces and nephews.
He was the brother of the late Arshag Mooradian. Visiting hours are kindly omitted and all services were private.
