She was predeceased by: her husband John E. Olsen; her parents, William Forehand and Jessie Forehand (Thames); and her children, Deborah Burdick and Robert Kenyon.
She is survived by: her sisters, Lois and Dorothy. She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
