She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Weeden and Pauline Weeden (Blais). She is survived by: her son Devon Perkins; her sister Lynn Whitcher (Donald); her nephew Brian Martin (Carissa); her former husband Mark Perkins (Leslie); her pet Crystal; and also Barbara Giuliano. She is also survived by many cousins and dear friends.
