He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth T. Perkins (Beth); his pet Blue; his children, Robin, Catherine, Wendi and Mark; his grandchildren, Kara, Ashley, Thomas, Linsay, Mark, David, Hailey, Reed and Taylor; his great grandchildren, Bria, Thomas, Cameron, Aria and Aslynn; and his nieces and nephews, Greg, Steven, Deb and Shawn.
