With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cleo Carsten of Charlestown, Rhode Island, who passed away on February 20, 2021 at the age of 72. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elway "Leo" and Laurette Poitras of Richmond, RI.. She is survived by: her husband John Carsten; her children, Susan Carsten Raymond (Steven), Andrew, Maxwell and Daniel Carsten (Martha); her grandsons, Bennett and Eli; and her siblings, David Poitras, Imogene Coulter, Leola Zegarzewski, Rose Bartholomew and Leo Poitras.
Social distancing guidelines and other public health directives (i. e., use of facemasks and maximum of 15 people in the building at any given time) will be in place.
