She was predeceased by: her spouse Cerefina Medina; and her parents, Manuel Maria Medina and Ysabel Maria Medina Lantigua. She is survived by: her children, Monica Medina of Moca, D. R, Miledy Medina of Santiago, D. R., Hortencia Medina, Frederico, Apolinar, Cerefino Medina and D. R. Maximo Medina of Brooklyn, NY.; and her brother Miguel Medina. She is also survived by eleven Grandchildren and seven Great Grandchildren.
