He was predeceased by: his parents, Hector Gutierrez and Esperanza Gutierrez; and his brother Jairo. He is survived by: his wife Luz Gutierrez; his children, Esperanza, Jovany, John, Jair, Evelin, Hector, Jorge and Alejandro; his grandchildren, James, Raphael, Jacob, Jeremy, Rony, John Jr., Johnathan, Kyara, Mason, Danny, Eliannis, Jaylen and Abigail; his great grandchild Milani; and his siblings, Elena, Doris, Rocio, Palmelida, Rodrigo, Jaime, Ivan and Hector. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
