He is survived by: his spouse Carmen Cepeda (Lopez); his children, Rosa (Ninfa Cepeda), Marcelina (Ivette Cepeda), Brenda Cepeda of New York, Carmen Villot, Rose Angela Cepeda (Vanessa Cepeda), Rosario Jr. of New Jersey, Ismael Cepeda of Puerto Rico, Miguel Cepeda of Central Falls and Abdiel Calderon of Central Falls; and his brother Jorge Cepeda.
