He is survived by: his children, Nancy Cousineau and Mark A. Cousineau; his grandchildren, Westly Lallier, Clare Cousineau, William Cousineau and Lillian Cousineau; and his siblings, Jean Claude Cousineau, Rheal Cousineau, Serge Cousineau and Pierette Lemay. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
