He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alberto Ventura and Acela Ventura (Berliz); his children, Genesis Ventura of Providence, Jorge A. Ventura of Providence and Isaac Ventura of Providence; his stepchildren, Daisy Machuca of South Carolina and Miguel Machuca of Florida; and his sister Caridad Acevedo of New York. He was also cherished by 25 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
