She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Joseph Sylvester Jr.; her parents, Phillip Kruithoff and Julia Kruithoff (Kerwin); her son Joseph M.; and her grandson Scott Sylvester.
She is survived by: her children, Denise M Huard (late Arthur "Chuck") of Lincoln, Annette M. Munson (Jack) of Rehoboth, Joan Panichas (James) of Pawtucket, Cindy L. of Central Falls, Patricia A Sylvester of Central Falls, Roland A. Sylvester (late Sandy) of No and Arthur J. Sylvester III. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
It has been requested, in lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzhiemers Association or the Cystic Fibrosis Association.
