It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan (Fido) C. Grondalski (Central Falls, Rhode Island), born in Cumberland, Rhode Island, who passed away on June 14, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph A. Grondalski; her parents, Joseph Fido and Mary Fido (Wlodarczyk); and her sibling Stacia Baldyga. She is survived by: her children, Janice Hemond (Carl) of Lincoln, RI. and Paul Grondalski Sr. (Marianne) of Lincoln, RI.; her grandsons, Paul Grondalski Jr. of Boston, MA, Alex of Lincoln, RI and Jared Hemond of Lincoln, RI; and her siblings, Mary Plonka of Taunton, MA, Josephine Marchak, Anna Heard, Helen Cranshaw, Charles and Edward Fido. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
