He was predeceased by: his parents, Placido Nolasco Acevedo and Delia Medina Santiago. He is survived by: his wife Marta Colon Medina; and his children, Sandra Carrion of New Jersey, Gloria Acevedo of Pawtucket, Anita Acevedo of Woonsocket, Zeneida Acevedo of Puerto Rico, Luis Acevedo of Central Falls, Jose, Ismael Acevedo of Pawtucket, Alex Nolasco of Pawtucket, Brian, Joey of Taunton and Placido Acevedo of Puerto Rico. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren and numerous Great Grandchildren.
