She was predeceased by: her spouse Francis A. "Frank" Szumilo; her parents, Louis Zakowski and Veronica Zakowski (Ryszkiewicz); and her sister Helen M. Kulik. She is survived by: her children, Bernadette M. Parrillo (Arthur Jr.) of Coventry, RI, Daniel F. Szumilo of Central Falls, RI and Peter Szumilo (Darlene) of Pawtucket, RI.; and her sister Mary Dymphna O. S. F.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
