She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Leo J. Dandurand; her parents, Melanise Messier and Fontaine; her children, Norman Messier, Richard LeBlanc, Maureen Plamondon, Marilyn Riel, Joan Sabatini, John Messier and Denise Dacier; and also Alfred LeBlanc. She was also cherished by 18 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
