He was predeceased by: his sister Karen Owen. He is survived by: his nephew Wesley; his niece Michelle; his adoptive children, Wesley and Michelle David; his children, Angela Medeiros and Renay Owen; his siblings, Randall, Rolando, Rolinda, Rena, Regina, Rayleen and Roberta; and his niece Reanna Owen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
