She is survived by: her husband Walter Chlebek of Central Falls; her children, Christopher Chlebek of Central Falls and Jennifer Frezza of No; her grandsons, Michael, Jacob, Aidan and Noah Frezza; and her brothers, Donald Owen of Lincoln and David Owen of South Korea.
