Spencer of Carolina, Rhode Island, born in Westerly, Rhode Island, who passed away on April 28, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, William Barber and Mary Barber; her granddaughter Patty; and her great grandchild Victoria (George E. Reynolds). She is survived by : her children, Robert L. Spencer, Jr. of Carolina, Scott B Spencer (Jodi) of Portsmouth, Kellie M. Gavitt of Charlestown and Cindy L. Marcotte (David) of Bradford; and her brother Mike Barber (Jean) of Hopkinton. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
