He was predeceased by: his mother Anna Paul; his wives, Ann Kapitulik (Merrill) and Rita Giguere-Kapitulik (Landry); and his siblings, Adam Kapitulik, John Kapitulik, Madeline Demers, Mary Fournier, Phillip Kapitulik and William Paul, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia "Cindy" Modeen (Mark), Sheila Jessen (Dave), Gene Giguere (Mary), Michael Giguere (Denise) and Donna Giguere (Jim Kunz); and his nephew Wayne Demers. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
