Sylvia of Seekonk; his siblings, Raymond Samson (Maureen) of Pawtucket and Doris Desorcy of South Carolina; his significant other's children, Jo Ann Hillier (Kevin) of New Smyrna, Michael Soares of Lincoln and Denise McManaman (David) of Deland; his child Rene J. Samson; and his siblings, Ronald Samson and Connie Caron. He was also cherished by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
