He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Zifcak and Philip Zifcak; his wife Betsy; and his son Mark. He is survived by: his children, Marcia (Alan Packett), Mike (Elaine Zifcak), Matt (Karen Zifcak) and Monica (Rifat Murtovic); his grandsons, Josh (Samantha) and Tim Packett; his children, Arton and Diar Murtovic; and his siblings, Madeline Hopkins, Edward Zifcak and Eleanor Choiniere.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to St. Joseph's Church, 183 Sayles Ave., Pascoag, RI 02859 Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the Boucher Funeral Home, 272 Sayles Ave., Pascoag.
