We are sad to announce that on December 9, 2022, at the age of 80, Charles R. Menard of Burrillville, Rhode Island, born in Blackstone, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Menard and Rita Menard (Plasse); and his sister Madelaine Martineau. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Menard (Egan); his daughters, Colette Loynds (Brian) of Mapleville, RI and Marie Breslau (Jason) of Chesilhurst, NJ; his grandchildren, Tyler, Jaime Loynds, Dana and Aaron Breslau; and his siblings, Sylvia Fontaine, Violet Theroux, Lucien Menard, Maurice Menard and Jeannette Menard.
