He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelo Stanzione and Jennie Stanzione (Saviano); his children, Sabato Stanzione, Jr., Michael Stanzione and Christopher Stanzione; and his grandson Michael Stanzione, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Stanzione (Cournoyer); his children, John Stanzione (Selina) and Susan Stanzione; his grandchildren, Sabato Stanzione, III, Jason Stanzione (Cindy), Steven Cabral, Becky Colvin (Rick), Rosco Stanzione, Christopher Quinn, Jenny Stanzione, Andrew Stanzione, John Stanzione, Jr., Kevin Stanzione, Hannah Stanzione, Timothy DerMarderosian and Nicole DerMarderosian; his siblings, Elizabeth Branco, Angelo Stanzione and Ralph Stanzione; and his stepson David Stowell. He is also survived by his many Great-Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Sansone Funeral Home (192 Wood St, Bristol, RI 02809). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church (141 State St, Bristol, RI 02809).
