He was predeceased by: his brother Alan (Laura). He is survived by: his wife Jo; his children, Paul, Scott (Holly) and Lynn; and his stepchildren, Beth (Jonathan), Tina (Tim) and Bruce (Jenni). He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
