He is survived by: his children, Melanie Sylvia (William) of Swansea, MA., Richard Marshall, Jr. (Ann) of Warren, Stephen Marshall (Jennifer) of Bristol, Eric Marshall (Elizabeth) of Bristol and Elizabeth Apici (Roberta) of Warwick; and his brothers, Robert Marshall of Bristol and John Marshall of Seekonk, MA.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
