She was predeceased by: her father Edward L. O'Shea. She is survived by: her husband Guy M. Collins; her mother Alice O'Shea-Ferrick (Machado); her children, Jesse Dubuc (Polly) of St. Augustine and Renee Collins (Dominic) of Port St; her grandchildren, Carmine and Lucia; and her siblings, Danny O'Shea (Susan) of Pawtucket and Alicia Ambrose of Chicago, IL..
