She was predeceased by: her husband George A. Silvia of Bristol; and her parents, Frank Costa, Sr. and Dora Costa (Lessard) of Warren. She is survived by: her children, Michael Costa, Bernadette Tavares, George Silvia Jr., Christine DaRocha, John Silvia, Joshua Silvia and Jeffrey Silvia. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
