She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas Fitzgerald. She is survived by: her son Stephen Fitzgerald of Bristol, RI; her siblings, Joseph M. Brito Jr. (Elizabeth) of Bristol, RI, Michael S. Brito (Sally) of East Greenwich, RI and Audrey Field of Bristol, RI; and her sister-in-law Mary Brito (late Patrick Brito).

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to The Thomas E. Fitzgerald Jr. Fine Art Scholarship at Roger Williams University.
