He was predeceased by: his spouse Armanda Maria Silveira (Labao); his parents, Manuel Silveira and Mary Silveira (Sousa); and his siblings, Manuel Silveira and Lorraine Jernigan.
He is survived by: his daughter Donna Cabral (Edward) of Bristol; his granddaughters, Lauren Cabral (Nicholas DeNardo) of Warren and Audrey Cabral of Bristol; and his brother Richard Silveira of Gary, IN.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
