He was predeceased by: his mother Sheila Buckley (Sullivan); and his siblings, Patrick Buckley, Mary Austin, Sheilda Shruhan, Thomas Buckley, Timothy Buckley and Joseph Buckley.
He is survived by: his father John J. Buckley; his siblings, Joan Hanley of North Reading, MA., Michael Buckley (Patricia) of Mansfield, MA. and William Buckley of Medfield, MA.; and his sister-in-law Joyce Buckley of West Roxbury, MA.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and his friends among the Columban Fathers and the Columban Sisters.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Columban Fathers Chapel (65 Ferry Rd, Bristol, RI 02809). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Mary's Cemetery.
