He is survived by: his brother Douglas Botelho of Barrington; his nieces and nephews, Jodi L. Leffingwell of Warren, Kelly Caton of Bristol and Douglas M. Botelho of Warren; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Shea Caton, Julia Caton, Jacqueline Caton, Abigale Leffingwell and Aubrey Leffingwell.
