He was predeceased by: his wife Lorraine Tolar (Brown); his parents, Jack Tolar and Naomi Tolar (Martin); his siblings, Ruby, Eloise, Pansy, Bobbie Jean, James, Floyd and Gerald; his daughter Jane Marie Tolar; and his close friend Barbara Sousa.
He is survived by: his children, Jack M. Tolar (Lori), James "Ted" Tolar (Jeanne), Kathy A. Dattoli (John) and Mary R. Tolar; and his sister Rose Shanklin. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
