He is survived by: his wife Maria Hall (Andriopoulous); his children, Ingrid H. Johnson (Michael), Jan Erik Hall (Sarah) and Harald Alexander Hall (Dana); his grandchildren, Andrew C. Johnson (Makena), Alexandra Pickett (Alexander), Laura C. Hall, Julia C. Hansen (Eirik), Melissa C. Hall, Sophia I. Hall, Cristina M. Hall and Erik G. Hall; and his great grandchildren, Chloe R. Johnson, Liv A. Johnson and Vera M. Pickett. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
