It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gerard J. Cournoyer of Bristol, Rhode Island, who passed away on December 10, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Cournoyer and Blanche Cournoyer (Heon); his wife Alice Cournoyer (Doire); his son Normand Cournoyer; and his siblings, Joseph Cournoyer, Theresa LaBounty, Jean Cournoyer and Rita Cournoyer.
He is survived by: his children, Jerry Cournoyer, Annette Cournoyer (Fitz) and Donald Cournoyer. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Keefe Funeral Home (5 Higginson Ave, Lincoln, RI 02865). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations can also be made at Camp Ker Anna, 500 Reservoir Rd. Cumberland, RI.
