He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph W. Victoria, Sr. and Antonetta M. Victoria (Palma); and his brothers, Joseph W. Victoria, Jr. and William J. Victoria. He is survived by: his sister Angela M. Marshall (Victoria) of Rumford; his niece Maegan Silva of East Providence; his nephew Joseph P. Marshall, IV of Pawtucket; and his pet Gracie.
