It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eva G. Almeida of Bristol, Rhode Island, who passed away on November 11, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Edward H. Almeida (Eddie); her parents, Dominic Palumbo and Georgianna Palumbo (Mendes) of Warren, RI.; and her daughter Peggie Perrotto (Almeida). She is survived by: her children, Edward H. Almeida Jr. (Joanne) of Springfield, MO, Judith Clancy (Michael) of Warren, RI and Jane Sousa (Joseph) of Warren, RI; her son-in-law Thomas Perrotto of Venice, FL; her grandchildren, Todd Santos of Buffalo, NY, Dena Heavin (Almeida) of Ozark, MO, Kristeen Richardson (Almeida) of Springfield, MO, Michael Clancy Jr. of Miami, FL, Matthew Sousa of Warren, RI, Michelle Sullivan (Perrotto) of Portsmouth, RI and Chandelle Ostiguy (Perrotto) of Flower Mound, TX.; and her siblings, Conceiciao "Sarah" Sousa of North Kingstown, RI, Lilly Mendes, Mary Wujick of Warren, RI, Anna Ferri of Bristol, RI and Thomas Palumbo of Albion, RI.. She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
