He is survived by: his son Dean Leocadio, MD (Matty) of Falmouth, MA; and his grandchildren, Marlayna, Tobias and Sydney Leocadio. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wilbur-Romano Funeral Home (615 Main St, Warren, RI 02885).

Live houseplants are welcomed in lieu of flowers.
