He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Oliver and Sophie Oliver (Cabral); his wife Doris Oliver (Francoeur); his son Col. Allen Oliver; and his brothers, Gilbert and Anthony Oliver.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Fontaine (David), Jean Oliver, Michael J. Oliver (Valerie Malone), Kathleen Matuska (Steven) and Regina Doumaney (George); his grandchildren, Rochelle Hickey (Steve), Kristine Guo (Rudy), Katie Oliver, Meghan McMullen, Connor McMullen, Ana Malone Oliver, Alexia Malone Oliver, Lauren Fillak (Michael), Steven J. Matuska (Taylor), Travis E. Doumaney and Tyler E. Doumaney; his great grandchildren, Roland, Sawyer, Beau, Drake, Penelope and Ellie; and his sister Delphina Souza. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
