We are sad to announce that on January 3, 2022, at the age of 90, Claire J. Azzarone of Bristol, Rhode Island, born in Central Falls, Rhode Island passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Azzarone; her parents, Armand Choiniere and Jeanne Choiniere (Valois); her son John Azzarone (Mousie); her son-in-law Jeffrey Graham; and her siblings, Lionel Choiniere and Yvette Perron.
She is survived by: her children, Jane Azzarone (Reuben Alford), Peter Azzarone (Lori Campbell), Paul Azzarone (June) and Lynn Graham; her grandchildren, Sara White (Christopher), Bethany Cook, Nicole Azzarone (Nicholas Mangini), Katie Azzarone (Kurt Tupper), Jennifer Azzarone (Eddy Ramos), John Azzarone (Kim) and Taylor St. Onge; and her siblings, Roger Choiniere, Madeleine Wojcik and Armand Choiniere. She is also survived by her six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
