She is survived by: her mother Judith Mularz (Ouellette) of Cumberland; her daughter Melanie Collette of Bristol; her granddaughter Gwen Lee Goncalves of Bristol; her siblings, Dawn Bodnar of Woonsocket, Debbie Tucker of Westerly, Edward Macomber, II of Colorado and David Rothwell of Smithfield; her godchildren, Jennifer of Woonsocket and Brian Macomber of Woonsocket; and her pet Chewy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
