Guarniero; her grandchildren, Jacob Keszyinki, Jared Keszyinki, Angela Lumpkin, Stephen Lumpkin, Michael Guarniero, Justin Guarniero, Tony Mills, John Gionis, Charles Gionis, Robert Guarniero Jr. and Julia Guarniero; and her siblings, Richard Spizzirri, Joseph Spizzirri, Thelma Black, Michael Spizzirri, Virginia Major and Leroy Spizzirri. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
