He was predeceased by: his brother David M. Hill, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Christina Crowell-Hill; his parents, David Hill and Audrey Hill of Bradford; his sons, Austin D. Hill of Bradford and Michael Jacques of Warwick; and his siblings, Leon of Florida, Ronald Hill of Florida and Kathy McLean of Pawcatuck. He is also survived by many friends and family.
