She was predeceased by: her husband Michael A. Oliverio; her parents, Joseph Abosso and Josephine Abosso of Bradford; and her siblings, Rose Grills, Catherine Plowman, Dominic Abosso and Joseph "Bud" Abosso.
She is survived by: her brother Sylvester "Sunny" Abosso; her children, Elaine Alfiero of Westerly, Michael Oliverio of Huntersville, NC, David Oliverio of Windsor, CT and Mark Oliverio of Hopkinton, RI; her grandchildren, Jennifer Montague, Michael Oliverio and Steven Oliverio of Charlotte, NC; and her great grandchildren, Eva, Connor and Victoria. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Because Eleanor loved children, and was compassionate toward those with illnesses, in lieu of flowers, please consider giving to Connecticut Children's Medical Center in memory of Eleanor.
