He was predeceased by: his mother Gloria Caniglia Cartier. He is survived by: his wife Jennie Cartier (Witt) of Bradford; his children, Peter Cartier (Suzanna), Mark Barnard and Manny Rogowski; and his siblings, Brian Cartier and Deborah Cartier Olson. He is also survived by two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
