It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen W. Higgins Jr. (Barrington, Rhode Island), born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, who passed away on December 21, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen W. Higgins and Loretta Higgins (Gray). He is survived by: his wife Violet M. Higgins (Longo); his sons, Stephen J. Higgins (Mary Ann) of Bristol, Kevin M. Higgins (Mary Jane) of Swansea, MA and Michael J. Higgins (Anne Marie) of Bristol; and his brother John Clark Higgins of Greenville. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
