He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Tatiana Johnston (Ivanenko); his parents, Bradford Johnston and Jane Johnston (Collette) of Cambridge, MA; his daughter Hadley A. Johnston of Barrington; and his brothers, Mike and Charlie Johnston.
