He is survived by: his children, Linda J. Edward (Alfred) of Newport, RI, Robert J. Allen (Lydia) of Easton, MD and Joan E. Allen of Riverside, RI; his grandchildren, Heidi Andrews (Zach), Lillian Christy (James), Michael Allen (Clohe), Ilesha Edward and Eric Edward; his great grandchildren, Talia, Keira, Isaac, Sarah, Nora, Emily and Lily; and his brother Ronald Allen (Fran) of South Kingstown, RI..
