He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Gregory Clark and Ruth Ursula Clark (Kearney). He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Ginny" Clark; his children, Raymond "Ray" Clark, Jr. and Tracy Clark Woodard; his grandchildren, Samantha, Nicholas, Katherine and Amanda; his children-in-law, Allison Clark and John "Woodie" Woodard; and his sister Lynda Benn (Harry "Chip" Benn) of North Kingstown, RI..
