She was predeceased by: her husband Albert J. MacGillivray; her parents, Edward Lane and Katherine Lane; and her siblings, Mary, Edward Jr., Kenneth, Dorothy, Paul and Richard.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Zangari (Paul) of Lincoln, RI, Stephen MacGillivray of Barrington, RI, Brian MacGillivray (Anne) of Port Orchard, WA, Brendan MacGillivray (Debra) of Bel Air, MD and Scot MacGillivray (Trish) of Barrington, RI; her sister JoAnn Thayer of Cohassett, MA.; and her extended family Visitiation. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
